Join Sabrina from The Matcha Practice for a fall inspired hazelnut iced matcha latte and an outdoor yoga session!
9:00AM-9:30AM - Arrive, pick up your matcha drink, and find a place for the class. This is also an excellent opportunity to socialize with others if you wish.
9:30:00 AM - 10:30 AM: A 60-minute Vinyasa flow session guided by Sabrina.
